Join us for an introduction to authentic hand-knotted mala making on August 23rd, 9:30am-12pm at Nirmala Temple.

We’ll dive into the technique and process of Mala making, the wisdom & science behind the healing power of Japa. 

You will receive all the materials to custom make your own Mala guided by the wisdom of Tanya from Samyama - tailoring your personal quarter Mala according to the qualities you’d like to highlight in life, through their corresponding stones, gems & mantra.

After we complete our personal Malas, we will practice a round of mantra together to infuse our creations with potent vibration, alongside delicious chai & sweets before taking home your meditation tool & practice.
