Tea Ceremony, or Cha Dao; the way of Tea is a practice for healing, connection and presence.

Through the tea, we are given access to deep reflection and a cultivation of silence. This mindfulness practice, and the gift of the Tea plant guide us through this devotional ritual, and help us to bring the sacred into our daily life.
